Terabit Photonics is commercializing a low-cost and innovative manufacturing method for realizing a short-range flexible optical interconnect. The company uses a patented, novel Edge-View Photodector and edge-emitting laser to eliminate costly mirrors and optics from short-range optical cable manufacturing.
